Asian Paints’ Independent Director Vibha Rishi & Suresh Narayanan Retired

Vibha Paul Rishi, Suresh Narayanan, and Pallavi Shroff ceased to be the Independent Directors of Asian Paints Limited with effect from March 31, 2024, upon completion of their respective tenures.

Vibha Paul Rishi started her journey with Tata Administrative Services, contributing to the establishment of Titan Watches. Over nearly two decades, she played pivotal roles in marketing and innovation across various regions for PepsiCo, spanning India, the USA, and the UK. She held significant positions, such as Executive Director at Max India and Director at the Future Group. Currently, she serves on the Boards of companies including Tata Chemicals, ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Piramal Pharma. She has earned a BA in Economics from Lady Sri Ram College, University of Delhi, and pursued an MBA in marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi.

Suresh Narayanan has three decades of experience. He began his career at Hindustan Unilever and also worked at Colgate-Palmolive in India. He became MD of Nestlé India in August 2015, later becoming Chairman too. He is also on the Board of Nestlé Lanka PLC. Before Nestlé India, he led Nestlé Philippines. After joining Nestlé in 1999, he held various roles, including in Indochina and Singapore.
