Adani Power’s Independent Director Mukesh Shah Retired

Mukesh Shah has completed his second and final term as an Independent Director and consequently ceased to be a Director of Adani Power Limited with effect from March 30, 2024.

Mukesh M. Shah is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the founder and Managing Partner of Mukesh M. Shah & Co. with over 30 years’ experience.

He serves as the Managing Trustee of an educational institution overseeing five colleges that educate over 6,500 students in Ahmedabad. Earlier, he served on committees for the Chartered Accountants Association and the ITAT Bar Association in Ahmedabad. Additionally, he serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of various companies, providing valuable counsel on corporate policies and governance practices.
