Ashish Dubey takes over the role of CS at Lumax Auto Tech

Starting from May 27, 2023, Ashish Dubey, the Chief Financial Officer at Lumax Auto Technologies Limited takes over as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Ashish Dubey holds an MBA from the National Institute of Management, Pune, and has completed a Certification course called Credential of Readiness (CoRE) from Harvard Business School. With a wealth of experience spanning over 32 years in Accounts and Finance, Mr. Ashish Dubey brings valuable expertise to his new role.

This appointment follows the resignation of Raajesh Kumar Gupta from his position as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Lumax Auto Technologies Limited. His resignation is effective from the end of working hours on May 26, 2023.
