Anupam Kaura Appointed CHRO at Kotak Mahindra Bank

Anupam Kaura has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. Prior to joining Kotak, he served as the Global HR Chief at CRISIL in London.

Anupam Kaura has more than 25 years of experience in the field of finance and banking across Indian and global banking firms. Kaura has expertise in HR leadership, business partnering, compensation and benefits management, Boards, and HR consulting. He also specialises in spearheading change agendas and transformative initiatives within large organisations. Prior to joining CRISIL, he worked in significant HR positions at IDFC Bank, Citi, AXA, and PWC, overseeing diverse functions. He completed his commerce degree at Delhi University and pursued a master’s in personnel management and industrial relations at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).
