Adya P. Pandey and Dr. Vasant A. Patil Retire As Non-Official Independent Directors Of MSTC

Adya Prasad Pandey and Dr. Vasant Ashok Patil completed their tenure as Non-Official Independent Directors of MSTC Limited and ceased to be on the Board of the company with effect from November 1, 2024.

Pandey is an advocate and active social worker with over 15 years of legal expertise. He graduated from CSJMU, Kanpur, with a B.A. in Sociology and an LLB (Law) from APS, Rewa.

Dr. Patil is currently working as an ophthalmologist consultant at Sudarshan Netralaya in Sahada, Maharashtra, and has over 20 years of expertise in the medical profession mentioned above. He holds an MBBS and DOMS in Ophthalmology from Poona University.
