Abhyuday Jindal takes the helm again as MD of Jindal Stainless Ltd

The Board of Directors has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Abhyuday Jindal as Managing Director of the Company for a term of five consecutive years, effective from 1st May, 2023. The decision was taken upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to the approval of Members. Mr. Jindal holds a degree in Economics and Business Management from Boston University and has extensive experience in project management, supply chain systems, and strategic and general management. He has played a pivotal role in the growth and development of the company, including the stake acquisition of Ispat Industries and the integration of JSW and Ispat. Under his leadership, Jindal Stainless has evolved into a dynamic and solution-based organization that provides stainless steel solutions to stakeholders. Mr. Jindal’s community-centric transformational approach has also led to the development and sustenance of several empowerment initiatives. He personifies open and participative management, a consistent culture of dialogue and feedback, and a relentless march towards continuous improvement.
