Parth & Bhavik Chhajer Appointed As Joint Managing Directors Of Arihant Superstructures

Arihant Superstructures has appointed Parth Chhajer and Bhavik Chhajer, sons of its CMD Ashok Chhajer, as Joint Managing Directors (Jt. MDs) of the company. Both Parth and Bhavik are Promoters of the company.

Parth Chhajer has been associated with the company since 2018. At Arihant Superstructures, he has worked across investor relations, product design, marketing, and business development functions. He has collaborated with sales and digital marketing teams to support business expansion and operational processes. Under his leadership, the company expanded its sales network, introduced new products, and increased the use of digital systems in operations. As a member of the company’s Board, he focuses on cross-functional coordination, business scalability, and long-term growth initiatives. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he began his professional career at CLSA before joining the real estate company.

Bhavik Chhajer oversees the company’s business strategy and residential real estate developments. He also serves as Director at Alchemy Holiday and Entertainment and Amoghvarsh Houses. He completed his higher education at the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI. At Arihant Superstructures, he works with the leadership team, including founder Ashok Chhajer, on housing projects and township developments across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Jodhpur.
