Dr. Prabhaskar Rai Concludes His Term As Independent Director Of ONGC

Dr. Prabhaskar Rai retires as an Independent Director of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited with effect from December 27, 2024, upon completion of his tenure.

Dr. Rai is a professor of psychology with 33 years of experience and currently serves as the principal of LR Degree College, Jasrana, Firozabad, affiliated with Dr. BR Ambedkar University, Agra. He earned his PhD in 2004 and has mentored four PhD students. His research focuses on social psychology and personality psychology. Dr. Rai has attended over 30 seminars and published 23 research papers. He authored a book on psychology in 2021 and has received two national awards in psychology. He has also served in the NCC, led the UP contingent in the 1999 Republic Parade, and contributed to government recruitment processes.
