Vimal Bhandari Retired from RBL Bank Board

RBL Bank Limiteds Non-Executive Non-Independent Director Vimal Bhandari has been retired from the Company on 22 July 2023.

Bhandari is a qualified professional with more than 35 years of experience in the financial services sector. He has a rich board experience spanning over two and a half decades. He currently serves as the Executive Vice Chairman and CEO of Arka Fincap Limited (AFL). He sits on the boards of numerous businesses in a range of industries, including Bharat Forge, Kalpataru Power, HDFC Trustee, JK Tyre, and DCM Shriram, as an Independent Director. Bhandari holds a degree in commerce from the Sydenham College of Mumbai University and is a Chartered Accountant.
