Bharti Airtel reappoints Kimsuka Narsimhan as Independent Director

Kimsuka Narasimhan has been reappointed as an Independent Director for a further term of five years at Bharti Airtel Limited, starting from March 30, 2024. Narasimhan currently serves as the Asia-Pacific Region CFO for Kimberly-Clark, based in Singapore. With over 35 years of experience in consumer products companies such as Unilever and PepsiCo, she has worked across various categories in India, Europe, South East Asia, and the Middle East. Narasimhan holds directorship positions at Yuhan Kimberly Corporation, US-ASEAN Business Council, and Singapore Institute of Management Development Fund Limited (SIMPDF).Previously, Kimsuka Narasimhan held directorship positions at Kimberly-Clark India Private Limited, AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited, and Akzo Nobel India Limited. Narasimhan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, holding a Bachelor degree of commerce from the University of Madras. She has received accolades such as being a Gold medalist at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and achieving a university rank.
