Yatin Malhotra Set To Succeed Dharmender Tuteja As CFO Of Dalmia Bharat

Dalmia Bharat Limited has appointed Yatin Malhotra as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (CFO & KMP) of the company, effective August 1, 2026. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 24, 2026.

Malhotra will succeed Dharmender Tuteja, who will retire from the services of the company effective July 31, 2026, upon completion of his tenure.

Yatin Malhotra is the CFO of Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd., where he oversees financial strategy, risk management, and operational finance. He has over 24 years of experience across finance, corporate strategy, treasury, taxation, audits, and investor relations. Before joining DCBL, Malhotra served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (EVP & COO) at Reliance Retail Ltd. – Electronics Own Brands, managing product development, channel strategy, and P&L operations. He has previously held CFO roles at ACC Ltd. and Whirlpool of India Ltd., where he contributed to financial performance and growth initiatives. His earlier experience includes leadership roles at LG Electronics, Samtel Color Ltd, and Apollo Tyres Group.

Dharmendra Tuteja is the CFO of Dalmia Bharat Ltd., with over 34 years of experience in finance, commercial functions, and business management. Before joining Dalmia Bharat, he served as the CFO of the Indian subsidiary of KHD Humboldt Wedag, a cement technology and equipment provider, for five years. Earlier, he worked with organisations including Samtel Group, KRIBHCO, and SAIL. He has been associated with Dalmia Bharat since 2011 and has held leadership roles across finance and commercial operations. He is a member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Tuteja is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
