Wonderla Holidays Ltd appoints Madan Padaki as ID

Madan Padaki has been appointed as an additional (Independent) Director at Wonderla Holidays Limited, effective from June 1, 2023. He is a highly accomplished individual, serving as the Founder & CEO of 1Bridge, Managing Trustee of Head Held High Foundation, and Co-founder of Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME). Madan is also involved with Sylvant Advisors as a Co-founder & Director. He holds key positions as a Strategic Advisor & Board Member of YuWaah/UNICEF and serves as the Honorary President of TiE Bangalore. Madan is widely recognized for his expertise and is a sought-after speaker at global conferences. He has been acknowledged for his contributions, including receiving the Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2021. Madan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from NIE, University of Mysore, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from SPJIMR, Mumbai.
Additionally, George Joseph has resigned from his directorship, and Satheesh Seshadri has stepped down from the position of Chief Financial Officer.
