Bajaj Electricals appoints Prashant Dalvi as CS

Prashant Dalvi has been appointed as the ‘Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer’ of Bajaj Electricals effective from July 1, 2023. Prashant Dalvi holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a qualified Company Secretary. He has been associated with the Company since September 2010, amassing more than 12 years of experience in effectively managing various corporate secretarial and compliance functions. Prashant Dalvi’s expertise encompasses handling schemes of arrangements and facilitating fundraising activities in adherence to the Companies Act and SEBI Regulations.

On the other hand, Ajay Nagle will cease his role as the ‘Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer’ at the Company, with the conclusion of working hours on June 30, 2023
