Whole-time Director Rajendra Kalkar and CFO Anuraag Srivastava resigned from The Phoenix Mills
The Board of Directors of Phoenix Mills Limited has approved the resignations of Rajendra Kalkar from the posts of Whole-time Director and Anuraag Srivastava as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and KMP. Their resignations will be effective on March 8, 2024, and March 18, 2024, respectively. Both have resigned due to a desire to pursue other professional opportunities.
Prior to joining Phoenix Mills, Rajendra Kalkar worked with DLF as Head Mall Operations, Kshitij Capital and Mall Management (Future Group) as GM Operations, HyperCITY Retail (India) as GM Operations, and Adani Retail as Business Head (Hypermarket). He completed his BE (Electronics) from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur and his PG Diploma in Exports Management from Baroda Management Association.
Anuraag Srivastava is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Prior to the Phoenix Mills, Srivastava worked with Sterlite Power as Group CFO, Tata Teleservices as Chief Financial Officer, Indus Towers as VP Finance & Treasury and became Sr. VP, Chief of Internal Audit & Assurance, GSK Consumer Healthcare as Finance Controller, and started his career as an Audit and Business Services Senior at Price Waterhouse.
