Allcargo Logistics’ Non-Executive Independent Director M. K. Chouhan has retired

Mahendra Kumar Chouhan, Non-Executive Independent Director of Allcargo Logistics Limited, retired on February 10, 2024.

Chouhan is an experienced Board Advisor and management educator. Chouhan’s expertise is in corporate governance, ESG, and SDGs. He is certified by the Global Corporate Governance Forum, IFC—World Bank Group, as a trainer for Board Directors. He has served as Chairman of Fino Payment Bank and holds positions as an Independent Director on the Boards of several other companies. He is the MD of Mahendra &Ardneham Consulting. He chairs the Mahendra & Young Knowledge Foundation and serves as Vice Chairman on the Global Advisory Board of the Asian Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability. He is a member of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) in the UK and the Independent Appointment Committee of GRI in Amsterdam. He is also a Board member of the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Global Board of the International Institute of Governance and Leadership in Amsterdam. Previously, he was the President of the Bombay Management Association. He has previously served on committees such as SEBI on Corporate Governance and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Committee for the National Policy on Corporate Governance. He is a speaker at international forums and a visiting faculty member at B-schools like Jamanlal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and Tilburg University, Netherlands. He is a science graduate and MBA with a finance specialisation, along with a certificate from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA, in Governing the Corporation: Global Perspectives in the Indian Context.
