Websol Energy System Appoints Raju Sharma as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Websol Energy System Limited has approved the appointment of Raju Sharma as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from March 18, 2024.

Further, the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Dipti Budhia, Non-Executive Director, from the Directorship of the Company and approved the change in designation of Sreeram Vasanthi from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Raju Sharma is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has more than 10 years of experience across the Real Estate, NBFC, and Manufacturing Industries in handling compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations.
