Jindal Poly Films Appoints Ashok Yadav as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Jindal Poly Films Limited has approved the appointment of Ashok Yadav as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Nodal Officer with effect from March 18, 2024. He replaced Vaishali Singh.

Ashok Yadav, aged about 51, is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), having more than 24 years of experience handling various corporate law matters, Company Secretarial Functions, Merger, Demerger, various legal matters, and other compliances under SEBI laws. He has been associated with the group for continuous periods of more than 12 years, since March 2011.
