Wanbury’s Independent Director Pallavi Shedge Retired

Pallavi Prakash Shedge retired from the post of Independent Director on completion of her second term at Wanbury Limited, with effect from February 13, 2024.

Shedge is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Shedge has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of finance, secretarial, and legal. She has handled both accounts and administrative functions in companies where she has worked. She graduated in commerce and earned a master’s degree from Mumbai University. She also completed an LLB degree from Mumbai University.
