Vinita Bali retires from the Crisil Board as Independent Director

Vinita Bali completed her term as an Independent Director on February 13, 2024, and has consequently ceased to be an Independent Director of the company with effect from the end of the day on February 13, 2024.

Vinita Bali, former Managing Director of Britannia Industries, is a global business leader with extensive experience in successfully leading large companies both in India and overseas. She has worked with eminent multinationals like The Coca-Cola Company and Cadbury Schweppes PLC in a variety of marketing and general management roles in the UK, Nigeria, South Africa, Latin America, and the USA.

In another development, Pooja Mirchandani has been appointed as President of Human Resources and will form part of the Senior Management Group of Crisil Limited with effect from February 13, 2024.

Mirchandani has more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, learning and organisation development, and corporate functions. Mirchandani has been associated with Crisil Limited as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Learning, Organisation Development, and Effectiveness since June 2022. Prior to joining CRISIL, she was associated with WNS Global Services, Standard Chartered Bank, and Standard Chartered Finance Limited. She is an alumni of the Welingkar Institute of Management, where she pursued her Master of Business Administration.
