Dr. Vinay Gopal Nayak completed his first term of five years as an Independent Director of Aarti Industries Limited and consequently ceased to be a Director of the company with effect from December 17, 2023.

Vinay Nayak is a pharmaceutical professional with 32 years of experience. Nayak has worked with Cipla, Lupin, Watson, Marksans, Alembic, and Emcure Pharmaceuticals. He specialises in manufacturing, quality control, research and development, compliance, and regulatory affairs, covering both API and formulation manufacturing.
