Vikram Rao, Preeti Vyas, and Yogesh Chaudhary Appointed Independent Directors of TCNS Clothing

Vikram Dhondu Rao,  Preeti Vyas and Yogesh Chaudhary have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors of TCNS Clothing Co. Ltd. with effect from September 26, 2023, for the period of 5 consecutive years. They have replaced Bhaskar Pramanik, Neeru Abrol and Suresh Jayaraman who resigned from the post of Non-Executive Independent Directors.

Ashish Dikshit and Jagdish Bajaj Appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors of TCNS Clothing Co. Ltd. with effect from September 26, 2023. Onkar Singh Pasricha and Arvinder Singh Pasricha resigned from the post of Executive Director and  Non-Executive Non-Independent Director respectively with effect from September 26, 2023.

A Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP) Saranpreet Pasricha resigned from the post of Head – International Business of TCNS Clothing Co. Ltd. with effect from September 26, 2023.
