Ved Prakash Chaturvedi & P.H. Ravikumar Retire As Independent Directors Of ICICI Prudential AMC
Ved Prakash Chaturvedi and Puranam Hayagreeva Ravikumar have retired as Independent Directors from the Board of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company with effect from June 30, 2026, after completing their tenure.
The company said references to Chaturvedi and Ravikumar have been removed from the Statements of Additional Information (SAIs) of the mutual fund and Specialised Investment Fund (iSIF).
Ved Prakash Chaturvedi is a Designated Partner at Kalyon Advisors LLP and serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company. Earlier, he was Managing Director (MD) of Tata Asset Management from 2004 to 2010 and a Director at L&T Investment Management from 2011 to 2014. He also served on the Board of the Association of Mutual Funds (AMF) in India. He is a corporate executive with experience in the asset management and financial services sectors. He holds a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B).
Ravikumar served as Chairperson of Bharat Financial Inclusion and was Non-Executive Chairperson of Vastu Housing Finance Corporation, which focuses on affordable housing finance. He also held leadership roles at National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Ltd. and Invent Assets Securitisation and Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd. He is a banking and finance professional with over 46 years of experience. A commerce graduate and Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, UK, he spent 22 years at Bank of India and 12 years at ICICI Bank.
