Vijay Kumar Sharma Ceased to be Non-Executive Independent Director of Shalimar Paints

Vijay Kumar Sharma has completed his tenure as Non-Executive Independent Director of Shalimar Paints with effect from October 04, 2023.

Vijay Kumar Sharma has more than 35 years of experience in both international and domestic markets. He’s worked with companies like Jindal Stainless and Escorts Yamaha in various roles, including corporate affairs, sales, marketing, and business development. He also managed service centres for the Jindal Stainless Group in India and Spain.

Sharma is known for his skills in business analysis, team leadership, process improvement, and organisation development. He’s well-travelled, having visited over 50 countries, and shares his insights through speaking engagements at academic institutions and conferences. He’s received multiple awards for his contributions to the stainless steel and automotive industries.

He holds an engineering degree from PEC, Chandigarh, and an MBA from FMS, Delhi. Furthermore, he has pursued various specialised courses from institutions such as IIFT, YMCA, AOTS, Aptech, and IIM (A).
