Venkata Kandala Resigns as Independent Director of MIC Electronics

Venkata Naga Lavanya Kandala has tendered her resignation as the Independent Director of MIC Electronics, with effect from November 11, 2023, due to preoccupations and other personal commitments. Consequently, she shall also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the company.
