Udai Agarwal, COO Of Lux Industries Has Resigned

Udai Kumar Agarwal, the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of Lux Industries Limited, has tendered his resignation from the services on August 31, 2024, to explore new business opportunities.

Udai Kumar Agarwal joined Lux Industries as President in July 2022, and he became COO in December 2022. Prior to Lux, he worked with Anaadih Vincom Pvt. Ltd. as MD; Vco Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. as Director; Enfield Apparels Ltd. as CEO; and Variety Prints Pvt. Ltd. as CEO. He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
