TTK Prestige Announces Leadership Changes; T.T. Raghunathan to Succeed T.T. Jagannathan As Vice Chairman
T.T. Raghunathan will assume the role of Vice Chairman & Non-Executive Director of TTK Prestige Limited, effective March 25, 2025, succeeding T.T. Jagannathan, who stepped down from the same position on March 24, 2025.
Dr Mukund T.T., currently serving as the Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as Non-Executive Vice Chairman, effective March 25, 2025.
Additionally, Dr. Vandana Walvekar, Dileep Krishnaswamy, Arun Thiagarajan, and Murali Neelakantan, Independent Directors of the company, will complete their final term and cease to be Directors effective March 24, 2025.
T.T. Raghunathan, a commerce graduate, brings extensive industrial experience and has been actively involved in the management of various companies within the TTK Group. He has served on the Board of TTK Prestige since 1995, contributing his expertise to the company’s growth and development.
Dr Mukund T.T., currently a Professor at the National Centre for Biological Sciences, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, will assume the role of Non-Executive Vice Chairman of TTK Prestige, effective March 25, 2025. He holds a BA in physics from Cornell University and a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr Mukund was awarded the 2023 Infosys Prize in Physical Sciences and has been serving on the TTK Prestige Board since 2015.
