Triveni Glass Appoints Tanushree Chatterjee as Company Secretary

The board of Triveni Glass Limited has approved the appointment of Tanushree Chatterjee as Company secretary and compliance officer with effect from January 1, 2024.

Chatterjee is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has a work experience of more than 2 years in Practising Company Secretary (PCS) firm. She has the knowledge of Secretarial and Legal Compliances of the companies, including the preparation of minutes, maintenance of statutory registers, conducting of Board meetings etc.
