Company Secretary of SBI Life Insurance Company Vinod Koyande Resigns

Vinod Koyande has been relieved from his duties as Company Secretary of SBI Life Insurance Company Limited with effect from January 29, 2024.

Koyande is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Prior to SBI Life Insurance he worked with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, ICICI Lombard, BSE Ltd. (Formerly Bombay Stock Exchange Limited), and Larsen & Toubro.
