Transport Corporation of India’s Non-Executive Independent Director S Madhavan is Resigning

S Madhavan, Non-Executive Independent Director of Transport Corporation of India Limited will retire this month.

S. Madhavan, a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), boasts nearly four decades of experience in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Law, Information Technology, human resources, management, Business Management, and Banking. Madhavan served as a Senior Partner and Executive Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers for an extended period, holding various high-ranking roles. Commencing his professional journey at Hindustan Unilever Limited in the 1980s. Furthermore, he has assumed leadership roles, including the President of the Northern Region at the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and Co-Chairman of the Taxation Committee at ASSOCHAM. His board memberships include prominent listed companies such as HCL Technologies, ICICI Bank, Sterlite Technologies, Procter & Gamble Health.
