TMB appoints R. Kanagavalli as Additional (Independent) Director

The Board of Directors of Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited has approved the appointment of Ms. R. Kanagavalli as an Additional Director (Independent) on the Board of the Bank for three years, with effect from August 19, 2024. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Kanagavalli is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has been a practicing Company Secretary since 2006. She has 18 years of experience in company law, such as incorporation of companies, filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies, issuing search reports on various matters, and secretarial compliance for companies and LLPs.
