Timken India has informed the exchanges that the company’s Independent Director Veerappan V., will be completing his tenure on June 1, 2024, and will step down from the Board.
He chairs the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board and also serves as a member of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee.
