TCNS Clothing Appoints Sonia Bhandari as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of TCNS Clothing Company Limited has approved the appointment of Sonia Bhandari as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) with effect from February 2, 2024.

Bhandari is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has experience of 16 years in the field of secretarial and legal matters, listing compliances, corporate governance and labour law compliances. She is associated with Aditya Birla Group for the last two years.
