TBZ Appoints Arpit Maheshwari As Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited (TBZ) has approved the appointment of Arpit Maheshwari as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from September 4, 2024.

Arpit Maheshwari is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with an experience of over 10 years in Secretarial, Compliance and Governance functions. His last assignment was with Naperol Investments Ltd. as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. He was also associated with esteemed organisations, viz. Future Retail Ltd., Hypercity Retail (India) Ltd., and Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd. He is a commerce graduate from Pune University.
