Ajmera Realty & Infra India’s Company Secretary Shweta Jhawar Resigned

Shweta Jhawar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited has tendered her resignation from the position effective immediately on September 4, 2024, due to health and medical reasons.

Shweta Jhawar is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and she has more than 10 years of experience in corporate law, SEBI regulations, corporate governance, legal draughting, and compliance management in different industries. She has previously worked with Shilpi Thapar and Associates—Company Secretaries, Sekhsaria family office, independent consultant with listed clients in real estate and other industries, projects and assignments offered on an assignment basis, which include Nexus Select Trust, which is India’s first listed retail REIT (Blackstone Group company).
