Tarun Baldua Resigns As CEO Of Surya Roshni

Tarun Baldua, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Steel Operations, and the Key Managerial Personnel of Surya Roshni Limited has resigned with effect from November 30, 2023.

“Baldua was on extension post-completion of his superannuation age. He is being relieved with immediate effect.” The company said on its regulatory filing.

Tarun Baldua is a Chartered Accountant, from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has more than 25 years of experience. Prior to Surya Roshni Limited, he worked with Maral Overseas as President and Ruchi Strips & Alloys as President (Finance & Commercial).
