Tanya Dubash reappointed as Independent Director at Britannia

Tanya Dubash has been reappointed as an Independent Director at Britannia for a term of 5 years starting from February 7th, 2024 to February 6th, 2029. She holds a degree in Economics & Political Science from Brown University, USA, and is an alumna of the Harvard Business School. Tanya Dubash manages the brand and communication function of the Godrej Group in her role as the Executive Director and Chief Brand Officer of Godrej Industries Limited. She is also serving as a Director on the Board of various companies, including Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Godrej Agrovet Limited, Escorts Kubota Limited, and Go Airlines (India) Limited. Tanya Dubash has been recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader in 2007 and has served as a trustee of Brown University and member of various councils and boards.
