Munjal Auto Appoints Atul Patel, Sameer Khera and Sunil Vakil as Independent Directors
The Board of Munjal Auto Industries Limited has approved the appointment of Atul Haribhai Patel, Sameer Subhash Khera, and Sunil Chinubhai Vakil as Additional Directors to hold as Non-executive Independent Directors for five years with effect from April 18, 2024.
