Sweta Agarwal Appointed CFO at ZF Commercial

Sweta Agarwal has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited, with effect from January 10, 2024.

Sweta Agarwal, a Chartered Accountant, has more than 20 years of experience across different industries in pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, auto ancillary, and FMCG. Agarwal has handled roles in finance and taxation with progressively increasing responsibilities over the span of her career. During her stints at Pfizer Healthcare and BSH Household Appliances, she has obtained experience in regulatory reporting, finance business partnering, risk management, corporate governance, digital transition management, taxation strategies, strategic business development, and capital restructuring. As a functional leader, Sweta creates an environment with an open communication culture where the focus is on deliverables as well as on the growth of each team member, the company said in a statement.
