Suresh K. Baroth Appointed As CEO – Delopt Business Of JK Paper

Suresh Kumar Baroth has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Delopt Business (a division of the company), in Senior Management of JK Paper Limited, effective November 4, 2024.

K.L. Vishwanathan, former Chief Executive of Delopt Business, has ceased to be its Chief Executive with effect from the same day and, accordingly, has also ceased to be part of the senior management of the company.

Deepak Gupta, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned from the services of the Company, effective November 8, 2024, to pursue opportunities outside the Company.

Suresh Kumar Baroth has work experience of around 30 years in aerospace and defence. Before JK Paper, he was working with Tata Advanced Systems as Senior Vice President of Land Defence Systems. In the past, he has been associated with BEL-Thales Systems Limited, Thales India Private Limited, and Honeywell Technology Solutions. During his career, he worked in multiple leadership roles in various areas, namely, Project Management, Business Development, Client Acquisition & Retention, etc. He has also served as a Flight Lieutenant in the Indian Air Force for more than 8 years. He has a B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from NIT, Hamirpur, a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from Air Force Technical College, and an MBA from IIM, Bengaluru.
