Godavari Biorefineries Approves Leadership Changes

Godavari Biorefineries Limited’s shareholders, at the Annual General Meeting, approved the reappointment of Dr. Raman Ramchandran and Suhas Godage as Directors.

The shareholders also approved the reappointment of Samir S. Somaiya as Managing Director and Suhas Godage as Executive Director (Works-Sakarwadi), both effective April 1, 2027.

Dinesh Sharma was appointed as a Director and Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director (Works-Sameerwadi), for a three-year term.
