Sukhjit S. Pasricha Resigns As Head – Human Resources Of Jindal Steel
Sukhjit S. Pasricha has tendered his resignation as Head of Human Resources at Jindal Steel Limited due to personal commitments, effective October 31, 2026.
Before Jindal Steel, Pasricha served as Group CHRO at IndiGo and, before that, at Kotak Mahindra Bank. He also led HR and administration at Bajaj Finance and held several senior HR leadership roles at Bharti Airtel, including responsibility for HR transformation across 17 African countries. He began his career at Vardhman Group and Spice Communications.
He holds an MBA in personnel management and industrial relations, specialising in HR, from Guru Nanak Dev University, and a BA (Honours) in sociology from Panjab University.
