Subir K. Das Completes His Term As Independent Director Of Dishman Carbogen Amcis

Subir Kumar Das retired as an Independent Director of Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited w.e.f. December 15, 2024.

Das is a core operational banker with 36 years of experience, culminating in his role as Chief General Manager (HRM) at Bank of Baroda. He trains SME entrepreneurs under the SME MSVENS Foundation and serves as an Independent Director on Boards including Transformer and Rectifier Ltd., Troikaa Pharma Ltd., and IRM Enterprise Ltd. Post-retirement, he served as an advisor and faculty member at McKinsey & Company for four years, focusing on HR and business process reengineering in the BFSI sector. Das is a visiting faculty member and HR consultant at NIBM Pune and BOB Apex Training College, conducting sessions on innovation, leadership, HR, and strategic planning.
