Sridhar Radhakrishnan Set To Succeed Bhaskar Swaminathan As CFO Of Rallis India

Rallis India has appointed Sridhar Radhakrishnan as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 4, 2026. He will succeed Bhaskar Swaminathan, who will step down as CFO on November 4 to take up a role at another Tata Group company. Swaminathan has informed the Board of his decision as part of the transition.

Sridhar Radhakrishnan has more than 21 years of experience in finance across multiple industries. Before joining Rallis India, he served as CFO of Tata Consulting Engineers for about four years. Before joining Tata Consulting Engineers, he worked at Tata Chemicals, leading Strategic Finance and Investor Relations and serving as India Business Controller. He also worked in the Chairman’s Office at Tata Sons, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions, business evaluations and group-level strategic initiatives. At Tata Teleservices, he handled fundraising, financial planning and business finance. A chartered accountant, Radhakrishnan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

Bhaskar Swaminathan is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of post-qualification experience across multiple industries. He has served as Business Finance Head of India at Tata Chemicals since 2020. During his career, he has held finance and leadership positions at Can-Pack India, Syngenta India, Volkswagen Group, Sterlite Industries and Indian Hotels Company. His professional experience covers business finance, strategic planning, financial management and operational efficiency. His career has included roles across manufacturing, chemicals, automotive, hospitality and agriculture-related businesses.
