Solara Active Pharma Sciences’ Ankur Thadani Resigns as Non-Executive Independent Director

Ankur Thadani, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited, has resigned from the Board due to preoccupations.

Thadani currently serves on the boards of API Holdings, Stelis Biopharma, Steriscience Specialties, Asia Healthcare Holdings, TATA Passengers Electric Mobility Ltd., Campus Activewear, and Fourth Partner Energy.

As a Partner at TPG Growth and RISE Funds, Thadani co-heads the India office and leads the firm’s investments in healthcare, climate, and consumer sectors in India and South Asia. Before joining TPG in 2013, he worked with India Equity Partners, an Indian private equity fund, focusing on consumer and healthcare investments. Ankur earned his MBA from IIFT, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for outstanding overall achievement.
