Six Independent Directors of MRF Have Retired

Ashok Jacob, V. Sridhar, Vijay R. Kirloskar, Ranjit I. Jesudasen, Dr. Salim Joseph Thomas and Jacob Kurian cease to be Independent Directors of MRF Limited on completion of their second terms with effect from September 28, 2024.
