Sharad Malik Retires As Independent Director Of Info Edge

Sharad Malik retires as an Independent Director of Info Edge (India) Limited, effective December 15, 2024.

Malik specialises in electronic design automation and is a professor of electrical engineering at Princeton University. He has received the IIT Delhi Distinguished Alumni Award and has won other honours for his teaching and research.
