Schaeffler India nominates Hardevi Vazirani as Whole Time Director & CFO

Schaeffler India has announced the appointment of Hardevi Vazirani, Additional Director designated as Director-Finance (Whole Time Director) and Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from February 13, 2024.This appointment is made as part of succession planning and to facilitate a smooth transition.Mr. Satish Patel, Director-Finance & CFO of Schaeffler India Limited, will be superannuatingon February 12, 2024.

Ms. Hardevi Vazirani has been part of Schaeffler for three decades,during which she held various roles in IT, Finance & Corporate Strategy including invaluable international exposure during her four yearsstint in Shanghai and three years in Singapore, where she playedvital roles in Asia Pacific region. Prior to Schaeffler, she had amassed threeyears of experience as an IT service consultant, working with variousIT Firms.

She has completed management programs from INSEAD, IIM-Bangalore and a diploma in computer studies from NCC UK, Vadodara.
