Sanjay Khiyani Appointed as Group Chief Information Officer of Allcargo Gati

Sanjay Khiyani, Deputy Chief Information Officer of GESCPL, shall be elevated to the position of Chief Information Officer of GESCPL and shall be SMP with effect from September 2, 2024.

G.S. Ravi Kumar, Chief Information Officer of Gati Express & Supply Chain Private Limited (a material subsidiary of the company) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of Allcargo Gati Limited, shall retire with effect from August 31, 2024.

Sanjay Khiyani has more than 25 years of experience across sectors, including information technology and the steel industry. Particularly noteworthy is Khiyani’s recent tenure of two decades at IBM, where he assumed a pivotal role in spearheading strategic projects and programme life cycle management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in metallurgy (B.E.) from the University of Madras. He went on to complete postgraduate studies in computer applications at IMT Ghaziabad and software enterprise management at IIM Bangalore, and he is a certified data scientist. In his new capacity, he will be providing leadership and guidance in pivotal areas of technology and administration.
