Sajish George Appointed CFO of Harrisons Malayalam

Sajish George is appointed the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Harrisons Malayalam with effect from October 1, 2023.  George will replace Ravi A. who is set to retire on September 30, 2023.  The company has also appointed Rusha Mitra as Non-Executive Independent Director and the Chairman of the Board till November 1, 2023. All the changes in the board are approved by the Board of Directors of the company.

Sajish George currently holds the Finance Head at M/s.Harrisons Malayalam Limited is an integral part of the Executive Committee. He has an experience of over 12 years post his qualification. With a comprehensive skill set that encompasses Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, and Taxation. George started his career in 2011 with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in the Audit and Assurance Department. After gaining experience in the auditing sphere, he joined the Banking and Insurance department at MRF Limited. In 2017, He made the transition to Harrisons Malayalam Limited. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Christ College, Irinjalakuda.
