RPG Life Sciences Appoints Independent Directors

The Board of Directors of RPG Life Sciences Limited approved the appointment of Anil Matai, Radhika Gupta, and Hiten Kotak as Additional Directors in the capacity of Non-Executive, Independent Directors for five years with effect from April 30, 2024. Subject to the approval of shareholders.

The Board has also approved the appointment of Sachin Nandgaonkar as a Non-Executive, Non – Independent Director as Non – Executive, Independent Director for five years, with effect from April 30, 2024.

Bhaskar Iyer has been reappointed as Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company, for a second term with effect from October 30, 2024.

All the changes are subject to the approval of the shareholders.
